How Correct Food Combining Reduces Stress
"Food combining, what's that?"
Did you know that some foods have a bad experience when they meet with other foods in your tummy? This causes physical stress in your body, which then causes mental stress and reduced nutrient absorbtion into your blood.
Food combining is the key!
Maybe you have not noticed any tummy trouble (smelly gas, air in your gut, constipation) but you feel slow, tired and irritable.
Learn here how to choose foods that like each other and who use the same type of digestive juice. This is called the science of food combining.
When you eat like foods, at the same time, you can absorb more nutrients, get stronger and enjoy more stress relief!
Below is a great picture from Alder Brooke that shows us instantly which foods to keep away from each other:

My biggest surprise was that meat does not like being in our tummy with pasta, rice or potatoes! My family often ate spagetthi and meatballs or steak and baked potatoes, before we knew about food combining secrets.
We also changed our smoothie recipes, so that bananas did not get mixed with orange juice or strawberries.
The last big change we are making is not serving beverages at the dinner table. Drinking during food consumption dilutes the digestive juice in our stomach and causes the food to enter the intestines incompletely digested, which causes uncomfortable physical symtoms and keeps some nutrients in the food instead of making them available for absorbtion into our bloodstream.
If you are not doing proper food combining, it's a waste of healthy, nutritious foods and recipes!

Here are the highlights of the science of food combining:
- Eat Only Fruits Until Noon
- Wait 30 Minutes After Eating Fruits Before Eating a Different Food
- Never Eat Fruit For Dessert After a Meal
- Cinnamon on Fruit Makes it Less Sugary
- Do Not Eat Melons (Cantelope, Honey Dew, Watermelon, etc.)With Other Fruits (like you see in a fruit salad)
- Bananas Do Not Like to Share Your Tummy with Citrus or Berries
- Don't Drink When You Are Eating or Immediately After
- Meat, Fish and Eggs Do Not Like to Share Space With Potatoes, Rice or Pasta (but they love to be with vegetables and dairy)
- Vegetables Get Along With Most Every Food
So what happens when we don't know about this science of food combining?
The mismatched food in your stomach ferments, rots, putrefies and makes your body stinky!
This rotten food waste gets stuck on the walls of your intestines, where it gets baked in by the high internal heat of our body and then lives for the rest of our lives as a black, rubbery coating which blocks the absorbtion of nutrients from the food that passes through the intestines.

After many years of eating poorly, the human body can have 25-30 pounds of waste glued to the walls of the intestines. Are you carrying this useless "crap" around with you?
Eating fresh, raw, vegetable juices can loosen the gunk, and a colon therapist using hydrotherapy can help this gunk pass out of your body.
After several treatments, you have a fresh, fully functioning digestive system that can make you feel brand new, happy and light.
