Reducing Employee StressI would love to reduce employee stress by designing a relaxing lounge for my colleagues to unwind and refresh themselves. If I were a manager or administrator and was responsible for the success of my employees, I would create an oasis of peace and relaxation. I know from my studies that when people feel happy, have happy thoughts, and think about things they appreciate and are grateful for, their body vibrates at a higher frequency which attracts more opportunities for good things to come to them. Joyful people are successful people. That's who managers and administrators need. The solution to reducing employee stress is simple, doesn't cost much and makes a powerful statement of appreciation. That's the basic set up. The Deluxe Version Start with the basic setup described above. Then feng shui the space as described on my feng shui page . By temporarily labeling each wall and corner with the exact compass directions, and placing a matching color and material in each of the nine areas, it increases the positive energy of the space. Add a bowl of dark chocolate. Place a small trash can nearby. This space appeals to the 5 senses. It smells good, it looks clean and neat with beautiful images of nature (or order my Instant Feng Shui Posters that help people focus on improving the nine areas of their life), the chairs feel comfortable, the ears can enjoy soothing music, and a small chocolate treat completes the magic. Any manager, employer or administrator who goes to the trouble to create this oasis of tranquility sends a powerful message of love and appreciation to the people that work there.
