Beautiful Nature Distracts The Mind

Nature is the great stress reliever. Here I have beautiful animal video and an animal slide show to distract our minds, and temporarily disconnect us from our busy and often stressful thoughts.

The big stress benefit here may be the feeling of love that these films can create in our heart, which allows us to better appreciate the wonders that exist around us.

Consider that, according to the law of attraction, when we are in the active role of appreciation, we are creating more opportunities for us to receive things to appreciate. It certainly is a miraculous cycle.

Please get ready to relax now, for in just a minute, you will be living in the now and releasing stress while you simply sit and watch.

My favorite nature video of planet earth is on my meditation page (scroll down to the video player titled: "The Secret- Planet Earth"), because so many people use it to get into a pre-meditation mood.

Animal Shows

This first one, is an animal video about a fawn and a kitten. Please click on the arrow in the video player below and turn up your volume:

Here is a really nice slide show of animals camoflaged in their natural habitats (click the middle button in the viewer to stop auto-forward, so you can move through photos at your own pace):

Crystals Are Beautiful Nature Tools

Crystals (also called gemstones) are beautiful rocks that form in the earth. You can buy them online or in new age shops or in some natural food stores.

After purchasing, use your breath to 'blow away' any negativity from the stone. Simply hold the stone in your hand and blow on it. While blowing on your crystal, think: "I would like this crystal cleansed."

Here is Your FREE Stress Relief Tip

The following crystals help reduce stress. Try one or try all of the suggestions.

  • Place some purple Amethyst under your bed (or pillow) to help remove any stress from the day and to help your busy self get a sound sleep.

  • Put a tumbled Green Aventurine in a pouch that can be worn during the day (and night). Ask it to heal your heart and help you feel relaxed.
  • Gift yourself with a piece of Blue Calcite or

Chrysocolla that you can carry in your pocket during the day. Take it out of your pocket and place it in a bowl before you come into the house. This way, you leave your worries outside with the stone. The night time air will cleanse and prepare the stone for the next day so that you can put it back into your pocket before heading off to your day's activities.

  • If you are uncertain as to what kind of support or energy you need for that day: Place a bowl of various stones at the front door and allow yourself to choose one to carry with you on your way out the door. Intuition is always right.

Have fun choosing your crystals- that's the best part!

Have You Ever Heard About Nature's Elemental Beings?

According to Deborah Lipp at www.dragonoaktemple.com: "Elementals are mystical creatures that dwell within the spirit realm of the elements. Elementals can be related to "nature spirits". These are the spirits that govern all nature, the forces of life that may be summoned to assist in working magic. It's important therefore to understand who they are and what they represent. Earth spirits are known as Gnomes, Air spirits as Sylphs, Fire spirits as Salamanders, and Water spirits are called Undines."

If you are curious about these spirits that inhabit nature, you can learn more on my What are Elementals? page.
